Engineering Project Control Management (EPCM) is a four year old consultancy firm with the aim to provide services to the Mining Sector, with the focus on underground or open pit mining process and materials handling. In addition to these sectors EPCM also focus on your mining housing and any additional commercial or infrastructure related projects.

EPCM aims to recognise the client’s needs and the challenges that an organisation face in the competitive Mining and Commercial Sector; we assess these challenges alongside the client and work toward a goal where all challenges have been addressed and mitigated, in order to implement a successful project from inception through execution and finally achieving project close out.

Our experienced team of Mining, Commercial & Infrastructure personnel include: Quantity Surveyors, Contract Administrators, Estimators, Cost Engineers and Schedulers (Planners).
